How Live Colors Work
Highlight a dancer, click dance or vip button on the floor device and the dancer row color updates instantly on every screen. The VIP host can set champagne room time and a shared timer begins counting down.
Dance
Dance button changes dancer name to yellow with a fall back 10 minute timer
VIP
VIP host can start 15, 30 or 60 minute rooms which start corresponding countdown timer visible on all the devices.
On Tour
When negotiating a room dancers can be temporarily put on tour and on tour status is cleared with the available button
Available
When the dancer is available and back on the floor pressing this button will cancel the default timers and mark the dancer clear across all screens
VIP Host Mode
- One device at a time controls VIP. Others see that VIP Host Mode is active.
- Quick buttons start VIP timers: 15, 30, or 60 minutes with a visible countdown.
- The VIP row turns red on all devices and clears automatically when the timer ends.

StageFlow is a cloud-based rotation platform for clubs. It manages dancer lineups, syncs every device so DJs and staff stay on the same page, tracks tips, and creates exportable reports for post-shift analysis.
This is an incredible feature that most users depend on. Live colors show each dancer’s status in real time across DJ, Dance Board, and Floor views: Yellow = Dance, Red = VIP, Green = Special, Pink = On Tour, no color = Available. Only the DJ can move names between the Stage, Off Rotation, and Checked Out. This is by design. When a dancer is moved to Off Rotation or Checked Out, their current status and countdown continue and remain visible. Example: a VIP stays Red in Off Rotation to signal they are not eligible for the Stage until they are done with their dances and then the DJ returns them to the stage box. Colors and timers stay live synced on all devices.
By default only the DJ can change rotations. StageFlow supports role-based permissions so you can grant limited edit rights to floor staff or managers for specific shifts.

Live sync requires connectivity. It runs on WiFi or cellular. If a device loses signal it continues to show the last loaded rotation and reconnects automatically when service comes back.
